1. Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns for all products except for fresh flowers. Items eligible for return include:

  • Gift items
  • Chocolates
  • Teddy bears
  • Decorative items

2. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items within 3 days of receipt, subject to product availability.
  • If the desired replacement product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative item of equivalent value.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

9. Flowers-Specific Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns and exchanges are not accepted for fresh flowers. However, if there are any issues with the quality of flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
